We all have busy lives. On the other hand, if all she doesn’t seem to really care if there are awkward silences or not and appears like she just doesn’t have much invested in the conversation, then it’s likely she isn’t attracted to you. Girls like to laugh and guys that can make them do that are like gold dust to them. So this means that if she’s constantly laughing at your jokes, or even at times when you’re not trying to be funny then she either genuinely finds you hilarious (which means she probably likes you) or she wants you to think that she thinks you’re hilarious (which means she probably likes you). Either way it’s an excellent sign that you need to have a proper word with her ASAP.

When a girl likes you, she will want to know whether you are single or not so that she can decide if she should flirt with you. She may directly ask you if you have a girlfriend or she may use a subtler approach. Every girl has a different sense of style, and not all girls will try to dress as aforementioned when they like somebody. However, if you notice that the girl you’re wondering about dresses a little more nicely around you, it could be a sign that she wants to impress you.

And in the best case, it also means she’s eager to get closer to you. Let’s say you’re on the fence as to whether or not a woman is interested in you.

As you talk, notice if she gives you any signs or hints that she likes you or if uses vaguely romantic language. She could also show her interest in you by nodding frequently or repeating some of your phrases. Smile at her.

Examples of treating you too much like a friend include consistent side hugging, telling people that you’re “like a brother,” or even talking about “what good friends” you are. (This might be about as literal as a woman will get without being asked point-blank.) Referring to you in terms you would use for your guy friends (“dude” or “bro”) can also be a sign that she sees you more as a friend than a boyfriend.
